This 1 BHK residence is a thoughtful curation of space, function, and style — a project that redefines what’s possible within a compact layout. Designed and delivered by RADS, this home embodies the idea that luxury isn't always about opulence — it’s about intentionality, harmony, and refined detail.
At the core of the design is the principle of “less but better” — where every element serves both form and function. The layout is optimized for natural flow, ensuring that even limited square footage feels open, breathable, and connected. Key to the planning was maintaining clarity in zones — living, dining, and rest — while visually tying them together with a unified language of materials and tones.
The color palette is rooted in calming neutrals: warm taupe, soft whites, and muted greys — selected not only for their timeless elegance but also for their ability to visually expand space. These hues are complemented by matte black accents in lighting and furniture, adding structure and contemporary contrast. Light wood textures in flooring and cabinetry introduce a sense of warmth and natural grounding, keeping the interiors cozy and approachable.
